The man behind Concordian is Jonathan E. Pearl

Jonathan is a lawyer (non-practicing solicitor) and mediator with 30+ years of negotiation and dispute resolution experience gained at two major household-name brands (#Apple and #Sony). He's had a 30+ year career that spans criminal law, through private practice in the City to managing international in-house corporate and compliance functions of 100+ people based in places like Beijing, Tokyo, California, Sweden, UK and mainland Europe. He is a CEDR-Accredited Mediator (https://www.cedr.com/) (since 2002) and a Member of the Civil Mediation Council (https://civilmediation.org/) whose knowledge and skills uniquely qualify him for a range of mediation and conflict resolution scenarios.

Jonathan is a member of the Independent Monitoring Board of Her Majesty's Young Offenders' Institute - Feltham, a Ministry of Justice appointment.

Jonathan has been a trusted senior adviser to global organisations and individuals in Europe Asia and USA, enabling them to understand and navigate complex legal and technology issues. He is comfortable and skilled at working across cultural, organisational and geographic barriers.
